Our Purpose and Strategy

ReachStudents exists to serve EFCA churches by maximizing leaders in reaching and releasing the emerging generation with the gospel.

The word “maximize” is a powerful word which means to “increase to the greatest possible amount/degree or to make the greatest/fullest use of." It is our desire to provide relational environments that help youth workers reach their God designed potential as a disciple who makes disciples who make disciples.

We seek to do this by providing four dynamic environments:

Network

Providing meaningful relationships that foster consistent connection, care and collaboration.

Train

Providing affordable and accessible training environments for adult and student ministry teams.

Coach

Providing intentional peer coaching trough learning communities for the ongoing sharpening of a leader’s head, heart, and hands.

Resource

Providing student-targeted events, experiences and other resources that assist youth workers in building missional momentum among their students. (i.e. Challenge, BUMP, District Retreats, etc.)
